Wedding Anniversary Party Details
There are many different things you can do to make the event special
for the couple. Choosing the music that they prefer at least at the start
of the dancing.
Get guests to write a message or a memory in a special guestbook, this
is best arranged beforehand, and then present it to the couple during
the speeches.
If feasible collect phtographs from the couples past and either create
a scrapbook for people to read through, or decorate the room with a timeline
with all the important events in the couple’s time together. (Don’t
forget to trim it with gold.)
Make the menu special, perhaps there is something associated with an
important time in their lives, or something that they both particularly
like.

Do have an anniversary wedding cake, if it can be made the same as their
wedding cake that would be wonderful.
Remember the colour for this jubilee (silver or gold) and use it artfully
wherever possible.
So for the 50th wedding anniversary: white china with gold trim; white
napkins with gold ties; gold candles; all invitations and place cards
written in gold ink on white card; gold place mats (or doilies); gold
trimmed tablecloths and so on. Silver works well with red or black for
contrast.
