You will need:
Players, at least eight.

How to play:
Someone is chosen as the Murderer, secretly.
Everyone sits in a circle
The murderer tries to get eye contact with someone and winks at them
They then die – over-acting is fine.
Last person alive, apart from the murderer, is the winner.
No lying is permitted, only the murderer may murder.

Variations:
1. Some players can be assigned as detectives, they can be killed, but they can also arrest players. If they work out who the murderer is they win, if they get it wrong both they and the arrested player is out.

2. "Vampire" version, there is one Vampire to start, when he bares his teeth at another player that player becomes a Vampire and can convert other players. Any other player can accuse someone of being a vampire by shouting "stake him", if he’s right the vampire is dead, if he’s wrong both he and the "staked" player are out. The villagers win if all the vampires are killed, the Vampires win if everyone alive is a vampire.
